Earlier this month Jeff and I finally got to go on our honeymoon and celebrate one year of marriage and eleven years of being together. Over the next few days I'm going to share some of the pictures from our trip here on the new Camp and Quarry journal, I hope you'll enjoy these little snapshots of our west coast adventure.
Our first day's goal was simply to get as far south in one day as we comfortably could. Being veterans of the Calgary to Vancouver drive, we didn't want to have a ten or twelve hour day on the road, but getting to Fall Creek, OR seemed like a possibility, so long as we left at 5:00 AM. Fall Creek has a beautiful lake, lovely campground, and treated us to an amazing sunset and full moon night. It was enough to make it feel like we'd already been on vacation for a week. Here are a few photos from that first day.
